 The Software

This Book is highly recommended for users of the Lucid Dreamer's tool-kit who are looking to understand some of the principles and methodologies involved in the art of Lucid Dreaming.

The Lucidity Inducer is an application that uses audio triggers to induce lucidity in the user at designated times throughout the night.

Multiple 'triggers' can be activated using the user-friendly graphical interface.
This provides the user with the maximum chance of intercepting periods of dream activity during REM sleep.

The lucidity inducer comes equipped with a variety of sound triggers and also enables the inclusion of personalised WAV files created by the user.

lucid dreaming mask

The Lucid Mask Controller is an extended feature of the Lucidity Inducer, and provides complete control for connectivity of the software to a Parallel Controlled Lucid Dreaming Induction Mask.

The software comes with a complete colour e-book that talks you through the construction of such a mask in a user-friendly step by step manner with full colour accompanying photographs.

The Lucid Dreamer's toolkit (LDT) enables 'oneironauts' (lucid dreamers) to hone their skills in achieving the state of 'Lucidity'.

The LDT comprises of four components:

The Regular Diary
serves as an everyday diary for recording daily events. The diary also features entries for diet, exercise and health.

By keeping a log of daily events it can be possible to link dream content and frequency to the activity or diet of the preceding day. The Reporting Window (new feature in version 2) enables entries form both the regular and dream diaries to be compiled and saved into reports through which trends and patterns can be observed.

The Dream Diary is a journal in which you can record your dreams.
The diary provides entries for dream events, locations, people and dream signs.

It is also possible to assign your dream-signs to one of the four categories defined in the popular lucid dreaming book 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' by Stephen LaBerge PhD & Howard Rheingold.
